These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ejayamas.com (“Website”) and any purchases made through the Website.

By accessing this Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES

We provide:

• Academic year workbook preorder services;
• Reference books;
• Stationery products; and
• Related educational products.

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, images, and information displayed on the Website are reasonably accurate. However:

• product packaging;
• colours;
• publisher editions;
• printed materials; and
• visual presentation

may vary slightly from displayed images.

All product images are for illustration purposes only.

All products are subject to stock availability.

3. SCHOOL BOOKLISTS & PREORDER PACKAGES

Academic year preorder packages are prepared based on school booklists and operational arrangements available at the relevant time.

Booklists, package contents, pricing, product availability, and operational procedures may change from time to time without prior notice due to:

• school revisions;
• publisher updates;
• stock shortages;
• reprinting;
• supplier adjustments; or
• operational requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct:

• school;
• form/year;
• class;
• stream;
• language option; and
• package selection

are selected before completing payment.

The Company shall not be responsible for incorrect selections made by customers.

4. ORDERS

When an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.

Such confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

An order shall only be considered accepted once:

• payment has been successfully processed; and
• the Company confirms the order for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to:

• reject;
• suspend;
• cancel; or
• limit

any order at our sole discretion, including where:

• stock is unavailable;
• pricing errors occur;
• suspicious activity is detected;
• payment cannot be verified; or
• operational limitations arise.

If payment has been successfully received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund shall be processed subject to applicable deductions and policies.

5. PRICING

All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed orders shall generally not be affected by subsequent pricing changes.

In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to:

• cancel the affected order; or
• contact the customer to confirm continuation at the corrected price.

6. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed through CHIP and other approved payment methods supported on the Website.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• FPX online banking;
• debit cards;
• credit cards; and
• other supported digital payment methods.

Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.

The Company does not store customers’ full banking or payment card information.

Payment gateway processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.

7. DELIVERY & COLLECTION

7.1 Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery services within Malaysia only.

Delivery availability may vary depending on:

• courier coverage;
• operational arrangements; and
• school-specific logistics arrangements.

7.2 Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

• publisher shortages;
• reprinting delays;
• courier disruptions;
• weather conditions;
• operational congestion; or
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 School Collection

Certain academic year preorder items may be collected at designated school collection points according to schedules determined by the Company.

Customers are responsible for ensuring timely collection.

7.4 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We shall not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers.

8. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible.

Orders that have not been processed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation subject to operational feasibility.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or allocated for fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

All approved cancellations and refunds shall be subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Customers are encouraged to review the Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing orders.

10. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

• maintaining confidentiality of account credentials;
• ensuring account information remains accurate;
• restricting unauthorised access to their accounts.

The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by customer negligence.

11. FRAUD PREVENTION & ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to:

• suspend accounts;
• cancel transactions;
• reject orders;
• restrict Website access; or
• refuse service

where fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorised activities are reasonably suspected.

The Company’s decision in such matters shall be final.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• mascots;
• trademarks;

• graphics;
• images;
• product arrangement;
• software elements; and

The Company’s total aggregate liability arising from any claim or dispute shall in all circumstances be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the affected order or product.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters;
• floods;
• fires;
• pandemics;
• government actions;
• labour disputes;
• transportation disruptions;
• supplier failures; or
• utility or internet failures.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Website may contain links or integrations with third-party services including payment providers and logistics providers.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of such third-party services.

17. GOVERNING LAW
